NOT REAL HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT. Great idea, the valve works very well.
the spray settings are worthless, one setting actually sprayed water over the top of the shower door. did not send it back because my old hand held worked with the new stuff. instullation was no where near as easy as it should have been, really took alot of effort to stop all the leaks. expected more from waterpik.

When I bought this it worked great, but after a few months, the hand held shower head started spraying water where the hose meets up with the shower base. It is not a problem with the washer or the threads, it developed a leak where the coils meet the screw base. In other words, there is no fixing this.
Buy something else....

Great product, well made. The knob that you use to select which shower head is not very intuitive, but other than that no complaints. We are in a low water pressure aparment and this showerhead really helped solve the proublem (while still being an water efficient model). Its great also to be able to use both of the shower heads at the same time!
